What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Charlotte address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

Dallas address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.

You will be notified once Printful has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  

What happens if my package is delivered damaged?

Please see the above instructions to return any damaged items.

Are there any exceptions for any non-returnable items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not except exchanges for any reason. Please ensure you review the size chart located in the product description section to avoid sizing issues.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is at the cost of the customer on all orders anywhere in the United States. We look forward to shipping internationally soon. Expedited shipping is extra and at your own cost. We only currently ship within the United States. All items take about 6-11. business days to be delivered. Please keep in mind that all of our products are print-to-order. Items may also take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.
